What’s going on in BOS? The academic year started in October, and for us that meant fresh energy and new challenges. Juniors jumped right into action with the team project, which tested their involvement and creativity.
After a busy period full of trainings, we wrapped up November with a special moment: the alumni party on November 27. The most active members became alumni, based on points, attendance and feedback. Opinions were diverse, but that’s exactly what makes the experience real and full of lessons.
Right now, all our thoughts are on the BOS teambuilding, coming up fast. Between December 5–7 we’ll meet in Bran, where 115 participants will join a major event organized by the 11 board members.
“It’s a challenge to put everything together (activities, accommodation, transport), but for us the most important thing is that everyone feels part of the team and enjoys a memorable BOS experience. From train tickets and the Brasov–Bran bus, to menus adapted for everyone, every detail matters and we want everything to be simple and pleasant,” said Daria Dolea, Manager of the International Relations Department.
At the same time, HR is turning the organization into a real learning exercise for juniors. “Everything starts with a training about the purpose of the activity. Then juniors get exercises where they put their creativity to work and design activities from scratch. This way they discover not only the organizational side, but also what it’s like to work side by side with the team. It’s a great chance to learn how to collaborate and coordinate a full program, in a relaxed and fun way,” explained Bianca Pătrulete, HR Manager.
In the end, the atmosphere is full of ideas, energy and enthusiasm! We’re getting ready to close the year with an event that brings us together and inspires us for future projects. The teambuilding is just the beginning!
