Introduction
The first edition of the latest BOS project, Digital Craft, took place on May 10th at Education Point and impressed numerous marketing enthusiasts students.
Digital Craft managed to perfectly fit the desires and needs of the participants to learn the newest concepts in the marketing sphere, offering them a comprehensive description regarding the harmony between technology, design, and their interaction with clients. Students had the opportunity to step into the shoes of employees specialized in the project's two core subjects: experiential marketing and packaging marketing.
Augmented Reality
In the first part of the event, we had the pleasure of talking with Alin Obaciu, Tech Marketing Developer and representative speaker of Marcom Hub. He impressed with the presentation of products made through augmented reality.
Followed by a challenge that pushed the participants to act as employees and come up with solutions to the client's demands. No team disappointed, and selecting the winners was a challenge for the speaker.
Participants were invited to experience the VR station prepared by Marcom Hub and enjoy snacks from KitKat, Cini Minis, and Nescafe.
Expertise in Packaging Marketing
Cristina Stroe, Group Brand Manager at JTI, captivated us with a discussion about packaging marketing and prepared a case study for participants: creating a new packaging for a water bottle.
Conclusion
The event concluded with rewarding everyone with goodie bags from JTI, representing an incredible opportunity for learning, interaction, and getting to know the experts in the field.
