Each participant had sheets to note down ideas about the patterns of important people in their lives as well as personal needs identified during an exercise. In the end, the exercises revealed profound truths from the participants' personal lives. The discussions continued on the topic of traumas and their identification, including through physical aspects and shared personal experiences. Armina also addressed the love languages, highlighting their importance for each of us.
